Robert
The hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is fantastic, conveniently near the bus terminal for easy access to Genting. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are comfortable and come with breakfast, offering a view of the Petronas Tower.
All was satisfactory, nothing major to improve.

The location was good for us to easily get to Batu Caves. Included breakfast was ok.
The neighborhood the hotel was in was poor with little to offer. Room faced a busy street and road noise was loud. In future if I were to stay in this area again I would spend the extra money on the Dynasty hotel next door.

The location of this hotel is great as it is close to many attractions and a train station. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable for what you get. The rooms in this small guesthouse are in better condition than expected, with three king size beds available.
In terms of friendliness at the in-house restaurant.

The hotel is conveniently located in the centre, making it easy to access nearby attractions and transportation hubs. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with the added bonus of having three king size beds instead of the two queen size beds we booked. The staff provided great service and were accommodating to our needs.
While there were some minor issues mentioned in other reviews, overall our stay at this hotel was satisfactory.

First of all, This is unrated hotel not as written in booking .com. I asked receptioist and he said on 2008 we were 3 stars but not anymore. I came with group of people and asked for buggage guy he said we are unrated hotel?!! what a direct answer. If you are coming with group no one will take your lyggages. you have to hold them by yourself upon check-in and check-out. Hotel in the corner near bridge in a conjusted area where you hear motors all the days, There is no parking att all, buffetet breakfast so worse, I may recommend for single who is looking for economical plan only not for group of people

This hotel had a great location, just a few steps from the beach. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our Easter stay.
The TV channels weren't very clear and the temperature control in the room wasn't working properly. the street noise could be heard from the room.

The hotel room is spacious.
The counter staff should have been more friendly. Lack of courtesy. Learn how to smile and be more appreciative.

The only thing I like was the spacious bedroom
Their service. It took me 3 calls (1 hour) to get my kettle replaced with a working piece and 2 calls (1/2 hour) for 2 sachets of coffee and 3 sachets of sugar.

We had a very convenient location, with easy access to supermarkets and club areas. The monorail station was just 100m away from the hotel, making it easy to visit Chinatown and the city center. The environment felt safe, and we found nearby places for money exchange and taxi services.
